Brock and Alysha Williams grew up in the small town of Shelbyville, TN, and married in 2014. Two people with big dreams, but truthfully, they couldn’t be more opposite. They are the perfect example of when someone complements their spouse’s weakness and vice versa. However, one common ground they certainly have is food. Food is what brought them together many years ago. They worked together at a local restaurant in Shelbyville during high school and then in college at Outback Steakhouse. This is where Brock went on to work for almost 20 years! He became the Proprietor of the Outback Steakhouse in Murfreesboro in 2013 and stayed in this position until 2022. His passion for serving the public and creating an excellent customer experience is unmatched!
Alysha is a registered dental hygienist by day, but her greatest passion is feeding her family the best food she can get her hands on! She began her healthy cooking lifestyle early on, but it exploded when their first child was born with food sensitivities. This sparked a creative cooking style and gave her the confidence to help other moms like her. She began creating gluten and dairy-free recipes in 2018, which has become the Williams’ family staple.
In 2020 Brock and Alysha began discussing the idea of Conveniently Organic. Their passions finally aligned…but unfortunately, a global pandemic had other plans in mind! Even though the dream was on hold, they knew this unique concept had a place in Middle Tennessee.
Flash forward to 2023, and it was time!
Time to help busy families connect around a healthy meal without all the work. Time to give rest to the new mom that just found out her child has a dairy intolerance. Time to provide a delicious meal for the single mom or dad with little kitchen experience. Time to make it easy for anyone to grab a delicious and healthy meal for their sick neighbor. Time to make the Conveniently Organic dream come true, not just for us but for Murfreesboro and surrounding areas! Let’s do this!
